We got home from LA and then the Crandells came to visit. We got to spend some time playing in the snow.

The kids love playing in the snow together almost as much as the sand...

The new year brought some very cold temperatures. So we loaded the kids in a rented mini van and headed south to LA's sunny skies for a while.

We stayed with the Ernst family for a few days in Orange County, then we headed north to visit with the Crandells for a while in Santa Monica.

Our first stop was Santa Monica peir and a trip down to the beach to get our feet wet.

Betsy and Katie loaded all three kids in the truck and headed down to the beach. Nothing like running laps in the sand to get ready for nap time.

Happy New Year

We finally made it back from New England on New Years Eve. Sian and Steph were waiting for us at home, such a nice way to come home! Micah was not that excited, he slept through the whole thing on the couch. No it was not quiet!
We finally got some snow at home and we took Micah out for his first day of skiing. He loved the chairlift...



The next day we got both the kids out. Ella is getting really good at her pizza and french fries.

Its been a while...

Its been a while since our last post. Christmas has come and gone and its a new year! We will do our best to get caught up.

We went back east to visit Cliff's family for the holidays. We were back there for 2 weeks.

Here are the kids with their cousin Alex, Cliff's sister Vicki's son, playing with their new favorite game on Christmas morning.

We took a trip down to Hampton Beach in New Hampshire. Beach sure is cold in New England the winter!
